“Dear JUMP team, We would like to express our positive feedback and sincere gratitude for the Erasmus+ training program for teachers that we attended from 10. Feb. to 14. Feb. 2025. The course “Coaching & Mentoring – Innovative Techniques for Teachers, Mentors, and Educators to Fight Dropout and Motivate Everyone” provided us with a wealth of new theoretical knowledge and outlined directions for its practical application. The methods and techniques presented provided real solutions for tackling significant challenges such as student dropout and motivation all students and colleagues. The practical exercises and group discussions allowed us to apply what we learned immediately, and the materials provided during and after the course will be valuable resources for us in the future. We were particularly impressed by how the training successfully combined theoretical aspects with their practical application, ensuring that the acquired knowledge will have a long-term impact on our work with students and colleagues. Also we would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful organizational conditions – from accommodation to daily support, everything was at the highest level, contributing to a comfortable and productive learning experience. Thank you for your professionalism and for giving us the opportunity to participate in this training. “My experience in Soverato was incredible, thanks to a balanced mix of indoor and outdoor activities. This combination allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings while engaging in meaningful educational sessions. One of the highlights was learning about the rich history of Soverato. A particularly fascinating aspect was discovering The Fishermen Church, which provided deep insights into the local culture and traditions. Among the various activities, the “Dream Catcher” activity stood out as my favorite. It was not only enjoyable but also offered a creative way to understand and apply STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) concepts in our projects. This experience has significantly enhanced my ability to incorporate STREAM into my activities, providing me with practical knowledge and innovative ideas. I also cherished our time in Davoli. The learning sessions there were particularly enriching, and the setting added to the overall charm of the experience. I would highly recommend this project exchange to others. It offers a unique blend of cultural immersion, educational activities, and personal growth opportunities that are invaluable for anyone looking to expand their horizons and skill set.”

About Natural born teachers courses. Health-wellbeing and Mindfulness in the teaching profession. The courses were very useful and close to me personally. As teachers, we teach children to know their feelings, to describe them, to express them properly. In order to be able to do this with quality, we first have to pay for those things ourselves. Be able to recognize all feelings and not divide them into good and bad. These teachings allowed me to look deeper within myself. Meditation, active listening, listening to your senses are very important things to avoid professional burnout in the future. I was fascinated by the idea of slow continuous learning. Our teacher Dr. Giuseppe was impressed by his ability to convey the training material, his understanding, his attentiveness.
