The aim of the project is social inclusion through strengthening the organizations participating in the project, including:
– increasing the experience of partner organizations (employees, educational staff, managers, coordinators, trainers);
– improving the quality of work and activities of partner organizations (through in-depth needs assessments, exchange of good practices, acquiring skills in creating lesson plans, etc.);
– expanding the educational offer of partners (new training for seniors in digital and language skills, new training for educators offered by JUMP).

The main goal will be achieved through specific objectives:
– gaining experience in international cooperation;
– developing digital and language class scenarios for seniors from the Krzeszowice and Gulbene municipalities;
– enriching the workshop practices of the Jump organization through new training for educators.

The result of the project will be:
– 4 class scenario units for seniors, developed by both of the partner municipalities individually according to the needs identified by each of them;
– 1 workshop program developed by the JUMP organization for training organizations and adult educators, including seniors, in digital and language skills.
