“Dear JUMP team, We would like to express our positive feedback and sincere gratitude for the Erasmus+ training program for teachers that we attended from 10. Feb. to 14. Feb. 2025. The course “Coaching & Mentoring – Innovative Techniques for Teachers, Mentors, and Educators to Fight Dropout and Motivate Everyone” provided us with a wealth of new theoretical knowledge and outlined directions for its practical application. The methods and techniques presented provided real solutions for tackling significant challenges such as student dropout and motivation all students and colleagues. The practical exercises and group discussions allowed us to apply what we learned immediately, and the materials provided during and after the course will be valuable resources for us in the future. We were particularly impressed by how the training successfully combined theoretical aspects with their practical application, ensuring that the acquired knowledge will have a long-term impact on our work with students and colleagues. Also we would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful organizational conditions – from accommodation to daily support, everything was at the highest level, contributing to a comfortable and productive learning experience. Thank you for your professionalism and for giving us the opportunity to participate in this training. We are eager to share the knowledge and experience gained with our colleagues and to implement the innovations we have learned.
