The JUMP Lithuanian partner “AKTIVISTAIS” launched a call for a new Erasmus Plus project addresses to young Europeans.
JUMP is selecting a group of italian young people for a Mobility in October 2024 (18-26 including travel days) hosted by Darnoje NGO.
Partner countries: 10
Participants: 33 young people from Lithuania, Romania, Italy, France, Turkey, Bulgaria, Spain, Estonia, Cyprus, Netherlands.
Description of the Project
“Reflection 4 Perfection – Tools for Implementation” is a 7-day training course focusing on implementing reflective practice in non-formal education and youth work, with an emphasis on newcomers to youth work. It offers practical and theoretical insights tailored to support youth workers and volunteers. Participants engage in activities to apply reflective practice with young people, discuss growth models, and foster collaboration between partner countries. The course provides a cultural perspective analysis of reflective practice in Europe, showcasing Lithuania’s practical approach and each country’s unique contributions. Ultimately, it aims to enhance youth work and non-formal education in Europe through knowledge exchange and professional development.
Objectives:
– Increase awareness and understanding of reflective tools among non-formal education practitioners.
– Show practical applications of Reflective Practice and provide support for educators to develop their professional skills as youth work professionals.
– Enhance the quality of youth work and improve the educational experiences of young people by equipping project participants with enhanced skills and practices.
Participants profile: youth workers, teachers, youth leaders, activists active in their organization and community.
