“YoT Project”. JUMP partner of a new international cooperation with another 9 organizations in Europe

A few months ago, before the summertime, partners of a new approved project met for a first Kick off Meeting. 

We started a new international adventure with 9 partners. The leader of the project is a Turkish organization and we are happy to be guided in a different type of cooperation.

The project is titled “Youth of Tomorrow’s Embassy” (acronym YoT) and partners are 10.

2) ASOCIATIA ALLONS-Y – Romania,
3) ASDA RY Finland,
4) Grace Center for Peace and Development (GCPD) Norway,
5) JUMP Gioventù in RiSalto (JUMP) – Italy,
6) INNOVA LAB – North Macedonia,
7) Asociacion Cultural Y Deportiva La Hoya (ACD LA HOYA) – Spain,
8) Puntland Diaspora Forum – Sweden,
9) Youth In One Association (YIOA) – Hungary,
10) European Academy of Certified Education (E.A.C.E.) – Germany.
 
What we did so far?

JUMP has been in charge to create and animate a Facebook Page.

and some proposals for a logo. 

4 logos were created and through an online pool the best one was voted. Maybe not everyone was happy but here right side our winning LOGO! 

 

During the summer the leader shared the QUESTIONNAIRE and partners are asked to spread it to all young people of their network. 100 youths should be reached by the end of August, a very ambitious goal. Here the QUESTIONNAIRE online.

This process is one of the most important actions of our project and it’s when partners cooperate, online, transversally and internationally in English but also in national languages in order to reach a wider audience and collect outstanding results. 

The questionnaire contains the key questions related to the real state of the art of young people in all our countries and beyond, and it will reveal what they need in terms of information and training. The scope if this action is to design a training session in September for a big number of youths, to be held online, on our topics:

  1. how it works the political life nowadays,

2) involvement or young people in decision making processes

and 3) the importance of the European institutions and their role in our local contexts and nations. 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?

The leader will analyse the results of the survey and will propose a TRAINING SESSION in September, to be held online with a massive participation of young people and provide answers and important info. 

From this process 3 YOUNG PEOPLE per partner will be selected to participation to the physical training in Antalya in November!
