A few days ago in Lublin (Poland), the meeting between the partners of the “Seniors Can Do More” project came to an end. Two members of the JUMP team were in Poland for two days (June 30 and July 1) to discuss the project and develop good practices for managing international projects.
The Polish association Stowarzyszenie Inicjatyw Wschodnich (SIW) – Association of Eastern Initiatives and the Italian partner Associazione JUMP – Gioventù in riSalto met to review the ongoing activities. The event was an important opportunity for evaluation and planning for the upcoming phases.
The “Seniors Can Do More!” project, implemented within the Erasmus Plus programme, was born from the collaboration between the Polish association SIW and the Italian partner JUMP. It aims to promote the social inclusion of adults, particularly seniors, through educational and cultural activities, offering them opportunities for personal development and digital skills training.
During the first preliminary work visit, the two partners discussed the main aspects of the project, the current status of activities, and the next steps in their collaboration.
Particular attention was given to the organization of workshops designed to engage seniors in activities aimed at fostering social inclusion and strengthening their confidence in navigating the digital world.
On the second day, the JUMP team and the Polish partner SIW continued to refine their strategies for empowering seniors through personal development, digital skills, and community integration.
Two intensive and productive days, which allowed us to finalize many key points and bring the project closer to completion. The partnership looks forward to the next phases of the project ,the enthusiasm and collaboration among the partners are the driving force to achieve the set goals and create real positive changes and impact in the lives of seniors across Europe.
