Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace: A Stakeholder’s Perspective

During the DigiYouth project, an interview was conducted with the Administrative CEO of C.T.E. and co-founder of Jump to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence in professional environments.

The interview highlighted a pragmatic approach to AI, viewed primarily as a tool for supporting and optimizing work processes. Applications such as Canva, ChatGPT, and Gemini are used to automate repetitive tasks, manage documents, and improve efficiency in daily operations.

According to the interviewee, Artificial Intelligence should enhance human capabilities rather than replace them. Skills such as creativity, communication, leadership, critical thinking, and relationship-building remain uniquely human and cannot be delegated to technology.

The stakeholder also stressed the importance of training and digital awareness, suggesting the development of educational pathways tailored to different generations and levels of digital competence. His perspective reflects a balanced vision in which innovation and human expertise work together to create more efficient and responsible organizations.
